5 Minute Core Workout From Home
This will work the core and deep core stabilisers and targets toning the muscles. This 6-minute workout is easy to complete whether you do at home or at the gym. Every individual has different fitness levels and physical ability, so it is important to ensure you do the correct volume for you.

An idea of a way to do this could be:
- 40 - plank
- 20 rest
- 40 – bird dog
- 20 rest
- 40 – side plank
- 20 rest
- 40 – dead bug
- 20 rest
- 40 – bicycle crunches
- 20 rest
Tips
- By 30-40 seconds this should start to feel challenging, if it does not then increase the length of time for each exercise.
- If this is feeling too challenging, you could add in longer periods of rest or reduce the number of exercises down. It is important to do what is correct for you.
- Maintain control throughout all the exercises and focus on form
