When I started my journey at the gym, I constantly second guessed myself - is this correct form, am I doing this right, do I look silly. Years of experience, and not to mention lots of trial and error, has taught me confidence in the gym.
This resource is out there to give you some guidance and prompts to help you feel confident, whether it is your first time trying or your a seasoned gym goer wanting reassurance.
